Ellen Vinciguerra has a BS in Finance and a MA in Theology.  Her family has been on the island since she was born but decided to stay longer term when her daughter started Kindergarten at The Sanibel School.  Ellen jumped right in, volunteering with the Sanibel School PTA and is now a board member of the Sanibel School Fund. 

After graduating from Notre Dame, Ellen started her career at Accenture as a management consultant working on large global IT implementations taking her around the world.  As a Director of Marketing and Business Strategy, Ellen focused on driving best practices through technology and marketing before moving to Florence, Italy while continuing to work on several startups.  

Eventually, her love of Sanibel and the desire to be more involved in its amazing community brought her back and she is excited to join the Sanibel Public Library board to build more connections with the families on the island and spend more time in her favorite library in the world.
